That's right. Not the usual, "What would you like or what can I get you?"
Would you order differently?
Would your awareness around your order shift?
Would you feel uncomfortable?
I know bringing more consciousness to your eating isn't always easy. However, it is very necessary if you want to make lasting changes to your health.
It has somehow become the norm to make food choices based on our emotional states (hello, "comfort food") instead of what our body actually NEEDS to thrive beautifully in optimal health. Just because it's deemed normal doesn't make it healthy!
My intention with this weeks video is to bring awareness to this important topic. To start the conversation on why everyone is okay with simply settling into these toxic and destructive behaviors with food.
